We started our journey from Shimla, reached Chail palace first and utilized the photography opportunity and shared moments of fun with friends . Then had lunch at a Restaurant in Chail market and moved for Kali-ka-tibba
Some seven kilometers uphill from chail is situated the Kali
ka tibba, a temple dedicated to maa kali. The roads up to the temple is narrow
with steep curves but the add adventure to the ride. Once you reach the top,
you will be treated with beautiful panoramic views of surrounding mountains.
The temple is well maintained and clean.
We had darshan in
the temple and then pulled out our camera for photography. After satisfying
ourselves with clicking appetite, we sat at a place in the temple compound and engrossed
ourselves in the beauty of the nature.
After spending about 2 hours at the temple we started our
journey back to the Shimla , we also had
a view of the highest cricket ground in the world en route .
